Chicken Broth

Makes 6 servings

Ingredients

  • Half chicken
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Chicken Bouillon
  • Salt
  • 1,5l water (1.58 Quarts)
  • 200g (7,05oz) Slim Pasta (Konjac)

Traditional Preparation

Put your chicken, onion, water, salt and chicken bouillon in a pot and bring to the boil. Turn the heat down and simmer half an hour. Remove the chicken from the pot, when it's cool enough to handle, remove the skin and bones from the chicken. Put the chicken again in the pot.
Prepare de Slim Pasta / Konjac, drain away the water from the pack, rinse 2 or 3 times under warm water, heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Add slim pasta to the chicken broth and cook 5 to 10 minutes.

Thermomix Preparation

Put all the ingredients in TM bowl (except Slim Pasta) and cook 30min/Varoma/Reverse/speed spoon. Remove the chicken from TM bowl, when it's cool enough to handle, remove the skin and bones from the chicken. Put the chicken in TM bowl.
Prepare de Slim Pasta / Konjac, drain away the water from the pack, rinse 2 or 3 times under warm water, heat in microwave for 1 minute.
Add slim pasta to the chicken broth and cook 5min/Varoma/Reverse/speed spoon.
