Creamy clams

Ingredients

  • 1Kg Clams (washed)
  • 1 Onion
  • 50g Olive Oil
  • 100ml White wine
  • Juice of one lemon
  • 10g Flour
  • 2 Egg yolk
  • Salt, Pepper

Thermomix Preparation

Put the clams in Varoma. Reserve.
In TMX Bowl add onion and olive oil 5 seconds/Speed5. Cook 5minutes/Varoma/Speed1.

Add lemon juice, white wine, salt and pepper. Put the varoma 15minutes/Varoma/Speed1.

Reserve the clams. Add to the TMX Bowl the flour 20seconds/speed 3-5-7. Add egg yolk 3minutes/100º/Speed2.

Serve the clams with the sauce.
