Egg White Crepe

  • 3 egg white
  • 2 table spoon oat bran
  • Salt,Pepper
  • Preparation

    Whisk together the egg white, salt, pepper and oat bran until smooth.

    Lightly coat a skillet with cooking spray and place over medium heat.

    Tilt the pan in a circular motion to allow the batter to spread to the edges. Cook until the bottom is light brown, about 2 minutes. Flip the crepe cook 1 minute.

    Serve with cheese, ham....
