Ingredients

  • 1 kg (2,20 Lbs) Limpets
  • 3 Garlic Gloves (slicced)
  • Lemon Juice, Olive Oil

Preparation

Clean the limpets. Put the limpets in a frying pan with the shell side down. Put lemon juice, garlic gloves and a little of olive oil. Cook.

They are ready once the meat starts to come out of the shells. You then need to remove the head, by pinching it between thumb and index finger twisting and pulling.
