Scramble eggs with sausages

  • 2 Eggs
  • Olive oil
  • 1/2 Zucchini
  • 1/2 Tomato
  • 1 Little onion
  • 3 Poultry Sausages
  • Salt


In a Wok put olive oil, chopped onio and slicced zucchini, stirring occasionally, until tender, about 4 minutes.

Stir in the slicced sausages, cook about 3 minutes.

Meanwhile beat eggs with salt. Add egg mixture to wok and cook over low heat, stirring frequently, until eggs are thoroughly cooked, about 2 minutes.
