- 1kg (35,27oz) squid
- olive oil
- 2 onions chopped
- 2 garlic cloves chopped
- 300g (10,58oz) tomatoes chopped
- 1 cup water
- Salt and Pepper
Preparation
Wash and slice the squid properly to remove the meat.
In saucepan, add the onion, garlic, olive oil, salt and pepper and cook on medium heat.
Once the onions begin to brown add the squid and let them cook for about 2-3 minutes.
Add in the chopped tomatoes and olive oil to the saucepan and stir it well.
If necessary add water, cover the pan and let it cook for about 15 minutes.
