  • 500g (17.63oz)Beef mince
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • 1 egg
  • Shredded Cheese
  • 2 tablespoon Wheat Bran
  • 2 Tomatos
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano


In a large bowl combine the meat, wheat bran, egg and cheese. It works well to squish the mixture with your hands. Add salt and pepper.

With wet hands, divide the mixture and roll into little meatballs

Coat a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onion and garlic and bring to a medium-high heat. Season the onions and garlic generously with salt and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add chopped tomato and oregano cook 2 minutes. Add the meatballs and let cook for 15 minutes. (If needed add some water to the tomato sauce)

Serve with Konjac.
