Chicken Stew

Make 4 servings


  • 1 Chicken (cut in pieces)
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Cloves Garlic
  • Olive Oil
  • Tomato Pulp
  • Salt, Pepper, Oregano


Coat a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onion and garlic and bring to a medium-high heat. Season the onions and garlic generously with salt and pepper, and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.

Add tomato pulp and cook 2 minutes. Add the cut chicken and let cook for 20 minutes. (If needed add some water to the tomato sauce)

Serve with Konjac or Zucchini Noodles.
