Ingredients
- 1 Onion
- 2 Cloves of garlic
- Olive Oil
- 500g (17.63oz) Beef mince
- 200g (7,05oz) Tomato pulp
- Salt, Pepper, Oregano
- Slim Pasta (konjac)
- Shredded Mozarella Cheese
Preparation
Put a casserole pan on a medium heat, add a splash of olive oil then cook garlic and onion (chopped) for about 5 minutes, stirring now and then, until soft.
Add the mince and break apart any lumps with a wooden spoon. Let it cook for a couple of minutes until starting to brown. Add tomato pulp, salt, pepper and oregano.
Cover with a lid then let cook for 30 minutes if necessary add a splash of water to help it along.
Serve on a bed of cooked slim pasta (konjac) and top with shreddesd mozarella cheese.
Thermomix Preparation
Chop onion and garlic, 5seconds/speed 7. Add olive oil and saute 5minutes/100º/speed 1.
Add tomato pulp beef mince, salt, pepper, oreganos, and 2-4 tbsp of water. Cook 20minutes/100º/reverse/speed 1.
Serve on a bed of cooked slim pasta (konjac) and top with shreddesd mozarella cheese.
