Instructions:
- Make 4 servings
- In a large bowl combine the meat, wheat bran, egg and cheese. It works well to squish the mixture with your hands.
- Add salt and pepper.
- With wet hands, divide the mixture and roll into little meatballs
- Coat a large saute pan with olive oil, add the onion and garlic and bring to a medium-high heat. Season the onions and garlic generously with salt and cook for about 5 to 7 minutes.
