Instructions:

  1. Make 1 serving
  2. In a pan put olive oil and chopped onion, cook until soft.
  3. Add juliene chopped green beans cook until it's soft.
  4. Crack the eggs into a large bowl, beat the eggs and white eggs .
  5. Add the cooked green beans, salt, cayenne pepper. Stir together.
  6. If you have a Tupperware® Microwave Breakfast Maker, just put the eggs inside. Place in the microwave and heat for 3 minutes.
  7. Or Spray the inside of a microwave-safe bowl with non-stick cooking spray. Put the mixture in the bowl. Cover the bowl with a sheet of plastic wrap, leaving one corner loose from the bowl. Microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Pull up the loose corner and stir the mixture. Microwave on HIGH another 45 seconds.
  8. Remove plastic wrap from bowl and dump omelet upside-down onto plate. Use a fork to help pull the omelet from the bowl, if necessary. At this point, the bottom of the omelet may still be uncooked. Place the plate with omelet into the microwave and heat at 15 to 20 second increments until eggs are solid.
