  2. Preheat the oven to 200ºC/392ºF/gas 6. In a large saute pan, over medium heat, add olive oil when the olive oil is hot, add the onions and the leeks (in slices). Season with salt and pepper. Saute until lightly golden, about 6 minutes. Add cod and saute for about 10 minutes. Put in medium ovenproof casserole dish.
  3. In a medium saucepan, heat the milk until just about to boil. Add salt, pepper, wheat bran and beaten eggs,stirring constantly. Place mixture over the cod. Place in the oven and bake for de 20-30 minutes.
